Last updated: 10 June 2026. These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to the reid-consulting.org website and the use of its services, published by REID Consulting. By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.
Purpose and acceptance
The Terms define how the site and online services are made available, as well as the rights and obligations of users. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the site.
Access to the site and services
- Showcase site: presentation of services, references, news and training.
- AI assistant and advisor: indicative information based on REID's public content.
- Proposal request: structuring your need and forwarding it to our team.
- Expert / trainer area: registration subject to prior review and approval.
- Online training: access via a learner account after payment, where applicable.
Accounts and registration
You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. Expert and trainer profiles are reviewed before activation; registration does not grant immediate access.
Uploading documents (CV and files)
You warrant that you hold the rights to the documents you upload and that they are accurate. These documents are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. AI analysis may be offered, with an offline extraction option without AI.
Artificial-intelligence features
The assistant, the training advisor, the writing aids and the public tutor provide information for guidance only, based on REID's public content. They do not constitute a contractual commitment, professional advice or a guarantee of results. Decisions (quotes, selection, go/no-go) remain made by authorised persons.
Intellectual property
The site's content (text, logos, visuals, documents) is protected and remains the property of REID Consulting or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited.
Payments (online training)
Paid training is settled in FCFA via mobile money (MTN, Moov) or bank card. Access opens after payment confirmation. Any refund conditions are specified at the time of purchase.
Liability
REID strives to ensure the accuracy of information and the availability of the site, without guaranteeing the absence of interruption or error. REID cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the site.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Beninese law, in particular Law No. 2017-20 establishing the Digital Code. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Cotonou (Benin) will have jurisdiction.
Changes to the Terms
REID Consulting may amend these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one online on the date of your use.
