The course on results-based project/programme management is a dense module covering a wide range of topics, from technical skills to behavioural and relational aspects. The module is structured in three sessions, in a progressive learning logic from "beginner" to "expert" via the "intermediate" level. Depending on your profile, you can take part in one, two or three sessions.
