Managing director of REID Consulting since its creation in May 2005, he leads the firm's major assignments in West and Central Africa: programme formulation and evaluation, monitoring and evaluation systems, results-based management training. He chairs the Platform of Civil Society Actors in Benin (PASCiB) and the Civil Society Alliance for Scaling Up Nutrition (ASCINB), headed the Francophone Africa programme of Globethics.net and represented West African civil society at the Busan Forum on aid effectiveness in 2011.
