Local expert in institutional and organisational diagnosis
REID Consulting is seeking a local expert (Congolese or Burundian) specialised in institutional and organisational diagnosis, as part of an assignment to strengthen the capacities of civil society organisations and public institutions.

Duties & responsibilities
- Carry out the institutional and organisational diagnosis of the target structures
- Analyse strengths, weaknesses and priority capacity-building needs
- Facilitate interviews and participatory workshops with stakeholders
- Formulate recommendations and a prioritised, budgeted strengthening plan
- Write the diagnostic report and present it to the clients
Required profile
- Local national (Congolese or Burundian), residing in the intervention area
- Higher degree (Master's) in social sciences, management, development or equivalent
- At least 8 years' experience in institutional and organisational diagnosis
- Proven experience with NGOs, CSOs or public institutions
- Excellent command of French; English is an asset
