Duties & responsibilities
- Design monitoring-evaluation systems and manuals
- Develop results frameworks and theories of change
- Conduct evaluations (mid-term, final, impact)
- Support data collection, analysis and visualisation
- Build project teams' capacities in RBM
Required profile
- Higher degree (Master's) in statistics, economics, development or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in project/programme monitoring-evaluation
- Command of results-based management approaches
- Experience with technical and financial partners is appreciated
